- All payments must be made 30 days before your departure date. If you are late in making payment, Tours Creator will not be responsible for confirming your booking.
- We need minimum 72 working hours to reply back on your booking confirmation, If we fail to get the proposed services then we will provide you similar options or we will refund you the recieved account.

- We will begin processing your booking after receiving the initial payment. Until then, we cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services.
- It may take up to 72 working hours for us to confirm your booking. If we are unable to provide the proposed services, we will offer similar options or refund your payment.
- Final confirmation vouchers will be provided once we have received full payment. Please provide copies of your passport (front page, address page, and any observation pages) at the time of booking along with the initial payment. If you do not do this, the booking process may be delayed.
- According to new Reserve Bank of India guidelines, a PAN card is required for every booking and travel.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will not be provided for any partially utilized services.

- 15 days & above and less than 30 days before the journey 75% of the total Package Cost
- 30 days & above and less than 60 days before the journey 50% of the total package cost

Covid Policy
- If your trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will receive a credit shell or voucher for the amount paid for the land package. You can use this voucher for future travel.
- If you need to reschedule your trip due to Covid-19 restrictions, there may be a fare difference.
- If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the airline may provide a full refund or credit shell for the same amount, depending on their policy.
- The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions.
- Above rates are subject to availability In case of Non-Availability of same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide the similar alternate properties, change in the price if any will be advised.
