BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

• We will begin processing your booking after receiving the initial payment. Until then, we cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services.
• It may take up to 72 working hours for us to confirm your booking. If we are unable to provide the proposed services, we will offer similar options or refund your payment.
• Final confirmation vouchers will be provided once we have received full payment. Please provide copies of your passport (front page, address page, and any observation pages) at the time of booking along with the initial payment. If you do not do this, the booking process may be delayed.
• According to new Reserve Bank of India guidelines, a PAN card is required for every booking and travel.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment.
• Refunds will not be provided for any partially utilized services.

• 5 days before the check-in-date/Start Date of the journey NO REFUND
• 15 days & above and less than 30 days before the journey 75% of the total Package Cost
• 30 days & above and less than 60 days before the journey 50% of the total package cost
• 60 days & above the journey 25% of the total package costNote :- In some cases cancellation policy may vary due to Hotel own cancellation and Flight cancellation.

Covid Policy

• If your trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will receive a credit shell or voucher for the amount paid for the land package. You can use this voucher for future travel.
• If you need to reschedule your trip due to Covid-19 restrictions, there may be a fare difference.
• If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the airline may provide a full refund or credit shell for the same amount, depending on their policy.
• The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions.

• Above rates are subject to availability In case of Non-Availability of same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide the similar alternate properties, change in the price if any will be advised.
• The package price does not include - expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room services, alcoholic beverages, camera fees, etc.
• Check-in and check-out time at hotels would be as per the hotel policies.
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo Id's (Driving License, Passport, Voter Card).
