We will begin processing your booking after receiving the initial payment. Until then, we cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services.
It may take up to 72 working hours for us to confirm your booking. If we are unable to provide the proposed services, we will offer similar options or refund your payment.

Covid Policy

If your trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will receive a credit shell or voucher for the amount paid for the land package. You can use this voucher for future travel.
If you need to reschedule your trip due to Covid-19 restrictions, there may be a fare difference.
If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the airline may provide a full refund or credit shell for the same amount, depending on their policy.
The company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions.
